SII acquires RISA IT
The SII group, specialist in engineering, confirms the acquisition of 100% of the capital of RISA IT, a Dutch service company specialized in software development and testing
SII completes its IT expertise in the Netherlands
The SII group is established since 2014 in Haarlem in the Netherlands and counts 40 collaborators for a turnover of 3,5 M€. Thanks to the acquisition of RISA IT, the Dutch subsidiary of the SII group, sees its expertise being reinforced in the fields of software development and software testing on a Dutch market in full growth. SII asserts itself even more as a leader in its sector and in Europe.
This purchase represents an important step for SII Netherlands: "We are delighted to welcome RISA IT within our Group. It is a company recognized in its sector, which shares our culture, and which ideally completes our offer of services in the Netherlands and our international IT positioning” specifies Antoine Leclercq, International Director and member of the Board of SII.

The integration of RISA IT within SII Netherlands responds to development ambitions shared by both structures and a desire to combine expertise while developing a digital and sustainable world.
