Your data is sent to the communication departments and branch offices.

Your data is kept for 2 years after your last contact with SII.

The management of applications allows us to collect and process applications. The personal data collected and stored are those strictly necessary for the provision of the requested service.
What personal data is collected?
- Surname,
- First name,
- E-mail address,
- Telephone number,
- CV and/or CV URL.
Who are the data intended for?
Your data is transmitted to recruitment services.
How long are the data kept?
- If the application is not followed by the signing of an employment contract (permanent, fixed term, internship, apprenticeship, international work experience volunteer): for 2 years after your last contact with SII.
- If the application is followed by the signing of an employment contract (permanent, fixed term, internship, apprenticeship, international work experience volunteer):as long as is necessary to meet our contractual and regulatory obligations.
Transfer of your personal data
Global group
As part of the management of our website, and in particular our development and maintenance activities, employees of our foreign subsidiaries (SII Morocco) may have access to the job application/job offers area, which may contain personal data. Such access is limited to technical maintenance or the resolution of specific problems. These data transfers outside the EU are secured by standard contractual clauses (SCC), in accordance with Article 46 of the GDPR. In addition, information collected in the application area is transferred via an API to our recruitment software and is only kept in this database temporarily. Users' rights (access, rectification, deletion, etc.) are handled and guaranteed by our entity located in France.
Government, public and/or judicial authorities
We may be required by laws, court rulings and/or requests from public and governmental authorities inside or outside your country of residence to disclose your personal data.
We may also transfer your personal data if we determine that, for reasons of national security, public importance or law enforcement, disclosure is necessary or appropriate.
