A STRONG AND SUSTAINABLE CORPORATE CULTURE
Since the creation of the SII Group, our corporate culture has been based on strong values: commitment, accountability, transparency, trust, quality, and professionalism. These founding principles guide the way we collaborate, make decisions, and support our clients.
They also feed into our employer brand, Let's Tech Together, which values proximity, initiative, and teamwork. This culture allows everyone to find their place, express themselves, and contribute fully to the Group's development.
Rooted in our history and focused on the future, these values remain the pillars on which we build our growth, our attractiveness, and our ambition for the years to come.
GOVERNANCE OF THE SII GROUP
Bernard Huvé

The SII Group was founded in France in 1979. Its founder, Bernard Huvé, an engineer by training, embarked on this adventure at the age of 30:
"I decided to create a company whose goal, in 1979, was to provide consulting services to mainly industrial companies. I called it SII, which stands for Société pour l'Informatique Industrielle (Industrial IT Company).
