Our commitment to a sustainable future
As a responsible player in the digital sector, the SII Group is actively committed to reducing the environmental footprint of its activities. Aware of the challenges posed by climate change, we are implementing concrete measures in France to achieve the goal of carbon neutrality by 2050, in line with the recommendations of the UN and the European Union.
The Decarbonization Plan aims to reduce:
Our Scope 1 & 2 emissions (vehicle fleet, energy consumption, renewable energy, etc.) by 42%,
Our Scope 3 emissions (sustainable purchasing, travel, etc.) by 25%,
Our emissions by 90% by 2050 to achieve carbon neutrality.
Measure to act: greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions inventory
We offer financial support, but also in-kind sponsorship. The latter takes the form of providing expertise and technology. At the same time, we want to support, promote, accompany, and enhance our philanthropic commitment.
Initiatives for a significant reduction in emissions
The SII Group is taking action through its subsidiaries to adapt its practices by developing an energy efficiency plan and promoting sustainable modes of transportation through policies and guidelines relating to business and personal travel.
The Group is also transforming these professions by implementing training programs such as eco-design, which helps all Group employees develop their skills in adapting to climate change.
These actions are coupled with environmental management that takes into account all of the SII Group's environmental impacts (waste and pollution management, responsible purchasing policy, etc.).
'My Project Impact' - a carbon footprint calculator
The SII Group is committed to addressing environmental challenges by adopting a pioneering and responsible approach. The launch of “My Project Impact,” a carbon footprint calculator for assessing the environmental impact of digital projects, is a major innovation. This tool reflects our ambition to combine operational excellence and sustainability, while having a positive impact on our employees, our clients, and society at large.

The objective of SII Spain's decarbonisation plan is aligned with that of the Group:
- Carbon offsetting for our travel, soon to be extended to all our activities.
- Automatic measurement of CO₂ emissions using a dedicated tool.
- Energy efficiency: choice of certified eco-friendly equipment, less polluting fuels, and renewable energy.
- Sustainable mobility: prioritizing train travel and a travel policy aligned with our environmental objectives.
- Waste reduction: combating food waste and responsible resource management, including IT equipment.
- Circular economy: adoption of the “product as a service” model (printer rental, coffee services) to limit emissions.
