The SII Group, a specialist in digital services and technology consulting, announces the appointment of Michaël Mathieu as Director of SII East. He succeeds Mathieu Fischer, who is now joining the Île-de-France region as part of an internal promotion. An appointment that will contribute to the development of SII East.

A strategic appointment to strengthen expertise

Aged 37 and a graduate of the Strasbourg School of Management, Mathieu Fischer brings to the SII I2D Agency a recognised mastery of highly demanding technological environments.

In his new role, he will be responsible for consolidating the agency's positioning, accelerating the development of Infra, Data & Digital activities and supporting the evolution of teams and expertise.

"Mathieu's career path is remarkable, with a progression that perfectly illustrates SII's values: performance, commitment, talent development, proximity to teams and entrepreneurial spirit. I am delighted to welcome him to the Île-de-France region and to be able to count on his experience to continue strengthening our expertise while developing our presence with our clients," comments Cédric Perier.

A consistent career progression within SII

Mathieu Fischer began his career in 2012 at Feel Europe, where he progressed from Business Engineer to Agency Manager – North-East Region, supporting the company's growth in several departments and strengthening customer relations while overseeing team development.

In 2018, following the acquisition of Feel Europe, he joined the SII Group as Business Unit Manager – Eastern Region, where he oversees development strategy, commercial and financial management, as well as recruitment and employee support.

A few months later, he was appointed Director of the SII East Agency, a position he held for more than seven years. There, he consolidated the client portfolio, expanded sector expertise and structured teams, while managing operational performance and implementing the group's quality, safety and environmental standards.
