SII Tours inaugurates its new premises: a place designed for collaboration and innovation

SII Tours, a branch of SII ATLANTIQUE, specialises in software and application development, project management (Product Owner, Scrum Master, etc.), as well as systems administration and DevOps. It works with leading clients such as Orange, Harmonie Mutuelle, SNCF and Thales in a variety of sectors including defence and telecommunications. etc.), as well as systems administration and DevOps. ‘This move represents a major step forward for our presence in Tours. With strong growth since its creation in 2019, it now has 50 employees and has set itself the ambitious target of reaching 80 by 2027,’ explains Benoit Mouneydier, Director of the SII Atlantique agency.

A place designed by and for employees

In line with its values of horizontal and participatory management, SII Tours actively involved its teams in the design of these new 450 m² premises. Employees in Tours participated in working groups to discuss the layout of this modern, bright and welcoming space. The aim was to create a timeless setting, inspired by cycling along the Loire, where light flows freely and plants have their rightful place.

‘True to our values, we have given each of our employees a voice to create an environment where well-being, collaboration and innovation remain at the heart of our daily lives,’ emphasises Julien Martin, the site manager. 

Spaces that meet all needs

The new premises offer:

  • A large open-plan space that complies with ISO 27001 security standards, suitable for large-scale projects.
  • A relaxation area and a large, convivial kitchen, perfect for socialising and organising meet-ups.
  • Numerous meeting rooms and call boxes, promoting efficient and discreet discussions.
A strong commitment to CSR

In line with the SII Group's CSR commitments, the refurbishment was entrusted to local contractors, with particular attention paid to the use of sustainable materials and the reuse of existing equipment. The project was carried out by HOMNIBAT in partnership with interior designer Natacha Brécy (NB ECODESIGN).

Certified as a Great Place to Work, SII Tours has the highest Trust Index in the Group thanks to its horizontal and participatory management style, which has been in place since its creation. With a staff turnover rate of less than 7%, the entity is a model of employee loyalty and professional fulfilment.
