The SII Group, a specialist in digital services and technology consulting, announces the appointment of Frédéric Bouhours as Chief Executive Officer of Metanext, its subsidiary dedicated to cloud computing and digital transformation. He succeeds Tristan Monroe.
A rich background and recognised expertise

Frédéric Bouhours, 50, has 25 years of experience in digital services companies in engineering and IT services, in business and/or operations.

Before joining Metanext, Frédéric held the position of Executive Director BFSI Market at Randstad Digital France, where he was in charge of the Financial Services & Insurance France division.

He has also held management positions at Capgemini, notably as Director of Operations at Sogeti FPS, and oversaw the transformation of Altran into Capgemini.

His career has also led him to department director positions at Capgemini and Altran, where he led multidisciplinary teams in the areas of project management, software development, data, cybersecurity and infrastructure.

Finally, he co-founded and managed Yatic, an engineering company specialising in outsourced R&D.
