Aged 40 and a graduate of ESTA and INSEEC, Michaël Mathieu has solid experience in complex technological environments and in managing multi-disciplinary organizations.

At the head of SII East, his mission will be to:

  • continuing the agency's growth momentum,
  • strengthen partnerships with strategic clients,
  • supporting the development and engagement of teams,
  • ambitiously promoting the employer brand and values of the SII Group.

« I am very happy to be joining SII East and to put my experience to work for an agency renowned for its expertise and team spirit. My ambition is clear: to continue its development and contribute to lasting collective success », says Michaël Mathieu.

A career dedicated to development and performance

Michaël Mathieu began his career at Airbus Helicopters as a project manager, before moving on to sales and management responsibilities in the digital services sector.  Throughout his career, he has managed activities in demanding environments—particularly in aeronautics, space, defense, and cybersecurity—and has supported the structuring and development of teams both regionally and in the Paris metropolitan area.

Attached to his homeland, he decided in 2021 to return to his native region to pursue his professional career and actively contribute to its economic vitality. This personal dimension today reinforces the coherence of his appointment as head of SII East.

His expertise in agency development, profit center management, and business transformation are key assets in supporting SII East's new phase of growth.

A transition organized with continuity in mind

Mathieu Fischer, previously Director of the SII East Agency, will take over as Director of the I2D (Infra, Digital & Data) agency within the SII Île-de-France region. This internal change ensures strategic and operational continuity for the benefit of clients and teams.
