SII France has been recognised as one of the best companies to work for the eighth consecutive year. At the Best Workplaces 2025 ceremony, SII climbed to second place in the rankings in the category for companies with more than 2,500 employees.

A continuous improvement approach rewarded
This performance illustrates the Group's commitment to placing employee well-being at the heart of its concerns and cultivating an environment where everyone can flourish professionally and personally.
Once again this year, SII participated in the independent GPTW audit in order to remain attentive to its teams and to continually question and improve its practices.
Far from being a simple recognition, this certification is an essential tool for understanding everyone's expectations and working together to develop concrete actions for improvement. These initiatives encompass quality of life at work, managerial practices and the company's social and environmental commitment.
Joining SII means embarking on a collective adventure: Let's Tech Together!
By offering a stimulating and enriching work environment, SII attracts and retains the best talent in the industry.
Let’s Tech Together embodies our core values and represents a strong promise to our current and future employees. It sums up our commitment to building a technological future together, in an environment where experimentation and autonomy are encouraged, where innovation is at the heart of everything we do, and where every employee finds professional fulfilment and empowerment within an enthusiastic and inclusive team.
It embodies who we are and what we aspire to be: a dynamic, innovative and people-focused company.
15 subsidiaries certified as Great Places to Work
The SII Group would like to thank all of its teams for their commitment, energy, ideas and trust, which contribute every day to making SII a great place to work.
This success extends beyond France and is also the result of the work accomplished by the Group and its subsidiaries, 15 of which are certified Great Places to Work.

The GPTW Awards, methodology
The GPTW rankings are based on a precise methodology using two complementary and unique tools that all applicant organisations must undergo: on the one hand, the Trust Index© survey containing 64 questions, sent to all employees of the company, which accounts for two-thirds of the final score; and on the other hand, the Culture Audit©, a dossier aimed at assessing the quality and diversity of the managerial practices implemented by the company, which accounts for one-third of the final score.
