Manufacturing Engineer – Papendrecht

Main Responsibilities

• Define and improve manufacturing processes, methods, and tooling.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and production ramp-up.
• Analyze production issues and implement effective corrective actions.
• Work closely with design, quality, and operations teams to ensure manufacturability.
• Drive Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering (preferably aerospace).
• Knowledge of machining, assembly, and treatment processes.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and root cause analysis tools.
