In 1979, SII Group was established as Société pour l'Informatique Industrielle, laying the foundation for a future of innovation in IT and engineering services. This marked the beginning of a company committed to delivering high-quality solutions across multiple industries.
In 2006, SII Group expanded its global reach by establishing a presence in Poland, the Czech Republic, and Belgium. This strategic move was key to positioning the company as an international player in the IT and engineering sectors, ready to meet the demands of a growing global market.

With over 7 years of experience, I began my career at Airbus as a Scrum Master on a digitalization project. Currently, I’m a Delivery Manager at SII Colombia, where I’ve led international accounts for the past 5 years. My role involves optimizing processes and ensuring client satisfaction. I’m proud to work with high-performing teams and have implemented innovative tools and processes that promote continuous improvement. My ambition is to lead projects that strengthen our global presence.
Romain Chollet, Job title – SII Group Colombia
I joined SII Group Colombia a year ago after ten years of experience in France across construction, healthcare, and services. My role focuses on project monitoring, including revenue, margins, and costs. I also support subsidiary growth through financial and budget planning, aligning local strategies with corporate goals and promoting cross-country collaboration. Last fiscal year, we achieved a significant improvement in financial performance.
Elkin Rojas, Job title – SII Group Colombia
Since April 2024, I’ve served as the IT Security Officer at SII Group Colombia. My expertise spans cybersecurity, emerging technologies, IT project management, DevSecOps, and secure software development. I led the ISO 27001 certification process and strengthened our IT architecture’s resilience and security. I currently manage integration with Global Active Directory and enforce Microsoft 365 best practices. Together with my team, we are dedicated to enhancing global security standards and driving innovation in business strategies.
Rocio Vargas, Job title – SII Group Colombia
I joined the company in 2012 and have built expertise in accounting, finance, and procurement. I’ve led strategic projects such as e-invoicing, digital payroll, and procurement optimization, improving internal processes and operational efficiency. Alongside my team, I ensure compliance with local and international regulations, avoiding penalties and optimizing fiscal performance—reflecting our commitment to innovation and sustainable growth.
