To support our ongoing growth and diverse project portfolio, we are looking for a professional Electrical Engineer with expert knowledge of EPLAN.
Your Impact
As an Electrical Engineer, you are responsible for the end-to-end design and detailing of complex electrical systems. You will bridge the gap between technical requirements and manufacturable designs, ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
- System Design: Creating and detailing comprehensive electrical schematics and documentation using EPLAN.
- Component Selection: Selecting high-grade electrical components while strictly adhering to EMC, safety, and maintainability requirements.
- Power Distribution: Designing robust AC/DC power supplies and distribution systems.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensuring all designs meet CE marking, EN safety standards, and international (military) regulations.
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Partnering with Lead Engineers and specialists in mechanics, testing, and system architecture to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively optimizing engineering workflows, tools, and methodologies to increase overall design quality.
Your Profile
We are looking for a results-driven engineer who excels in a high-tech environment and possesses the following qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience in electrical engineering with advanced proficiency in EPLAN (Certification as an EPLAN Certified Engineer is highly preferred).
- Systems Knowledge: Solid understanding of AC/DC power systems and power distribution wiring.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with machine safety regulations and EN/CE standards. Experience with PLM systems (e.g., Windchill) is an advantage.
- Nationality: Due to the specific security requirements of our projects, candidates must hold Dutch nationality.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work at our locations in Haarlem or Hengelo.
