Certification Engineer

We are looking for an aerospace engineer to strengthen our aircraft modification projects team. Sii is an EASA approved design organization, which means we can approve minor and large modifications to aircrafts. Our certification engineers are a highly skilled team which makes these aircraft modification possible.

Your tasks in this job will be:

• Analyses and interpretation of customer requirements;
• Definition and review of:

- Metal and composite aircraft structures and interiors.
- Assist in electrical design aspects of aerospace modification project;

• Preparation of feasibility studies, design principles and optimization of existing systems. 
• Conduct design reviews and coordination of interfaces.
• Preparation and review of technical / certification documents.
  - Change classification
  - Compliance demonstration
  - Flammability
  - Etc.
• Testing & test evaluation.

What you bring:

• HBO Degree in engineering: Aviation and Aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, etc.;
• Technical work experience;
• Certification experience;
• Good communication skills;
• Willing to work in an international environment;
• Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience, Aerospace related;
• Willing to work on different interesting projects;
• English language mandatory;
• A good sense of humor.
