THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Software Engineer Lead with strong expertise in C/C++ and working knowledge of C# and scripting languages. You will own the software development lifecycle, leading a team to deliver high-quality solutions. This role requires leadership, collaboration, and hands-on development in an agile, fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Software Development: Lead design and development with a focus on C/C++, using C# and scripting languages to support future initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the team through the development process, ensuring collaboration across functions.
  • Agile Development: Participate in agile practices (Scrum, Kanban), ensuring the team meets its goals.
  • Problem Solving: Identify technical challenges and implement innovative solutions.
  • Collaboration: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align software with business needs.

SKILLS:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong experience with C/C++, C#, and scripting languages.
  • Experience in agile development.
  • Leadership and communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Master's degree, Git, CI/CD, DevOps, and embedded systems experience.
