Business Manager

SII Belgium is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager to join our team. As a Business Manager you will play a key part in developing our presence in the region of Mechelen and Antwerp. You will create your customer portfolio through prospection and detecting new opportunities with existing accounts and new accounts, with the support from the group. You define an effective strategy to open up new markets and position the company in the business consulting landscape in collaboration with the Managing Director. 

You will be also in charge of managing the consultants working under your responsibility at the customer site and measuring the customer and employee satisfaction at regular intervals. 

The business manager at SII is an entrepreneur that has the potential to grow to a director level within the group.

• An entrepreneurial and hands on mentality is key 

• Excellent interpersonal skills, communication and negotiation skills. 

• Comfortable in a fastmoving environment; stress-resistant. 

• You have a passion for new technologies 

• You are able to adapt to your contact by listening to them. 

• You are persistent and like to question yourself 

• You already have sales experience in IT 

• You have a master degree in Business Admin, IT or Engineering. 

• Fluent in Dutch and English.
